We take great care in packaging every order to help ensure your vinyl arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If we experience any unexpected delays, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will also be provided.

All records are carefully packed using protective vinyl mailers and packaging materials designed to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on the delivery service and destination.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of any damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
