Refund policy
At Shaped By Echoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.
Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- In their original condition.
- Unused and, where applicable, still sealed.
- Returned with any original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, including reimbursement of any reasonable return postage costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or unsealed vinyl records unless they are faulty.
- Items damaged through misuse or accidental damage after delivery.
